Investar Referral Program - Terms & Conditions of Service
The Investar Referral Program allows registered Investar users to earn Subscription Credits toward future payments by referring friends to Investar.
To participate, Investar Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Investar Terms of Service.
Participating in Investar Referral Program implies agreement to the Terms of use.
What is referral scheme?
Any registered Investar users can send invitation to his friend by adding them as a referral and get a chance to earn credits in their Investar Wallet.
A referral is qualified only if a referred friend creates a valid Investarindia.com account with referred Email ID using the referral link sent in their invites.
Referring user will get rewards in two types of credits.

Subscription credit : This amount can be not encashable. It is used for user's future payments to Investar for their subscription.

Cash credit : This amount can be encashed once it reaches a minimum decided balance. User can also opt for using this credit towards any product or subscription provided by Investarindia.com.
How to Earn Referral Credits
An investar user can earn (i) Subscription credit as soon as their referred friend starts using Investar (i.e. logs in to Investar for the first time) and (ii) Cash credit when their referred friend pays for an investar subscription.
How to encash Cash Credit
User can encash his cash credit if it has reached a minimum decided level. He needs to fill up and submit his details in the claim form. TDS will be deducted from the claimed amount before payment to the user.
Referral Wallet Currency
Investar Referral Wallet Subscription Credits and Cash Credits will always be stored in Indian Rupees irrespective of the referred user’s subscription currency. If the wallet is to be used for making a payment in USD, then the amount will be converted from INR to USD on the basis of the current exchange rate before applying the credit.
Termination and Change
Investar may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Wallet Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Investarindia.com website.
