  • The base version of Android and Iphone applications are free with limited features. But the addon features are paid. However, if you have subscribed Investar Standard (annual, intraday) for NSE stocks, you will get equivalent mobile subscription free till your desktop version expires.
  • How can I get Scan Alerts with Investar Mobile application?
  • Scan Alerts are only available to :
    • Investar Desktop Annual subscribers with intraday screener addon.
    • Auto-S/R alerts are only available if Auto-S/R add-on is subscribed with Investar Desktop Product
    • Investar Mobile Trial users.
    • Scan Alert Add-On subscription (through investarindia.com).
  • Do I have to pay for Price Alerts?
  • No, Price Alerts is available for free.
  • What is the difference between Iphone and Android application?
  • Both Android and iOS app has similar features. As of both provides Live data updates(1min/5min) for NSE Cash and F&O, Price/Scan Alerts, Auto-Support/Resistance/Trendlines/Divergence, Detail Scrip View, Market Overview, Live charts and much more.
  • How can I pay for Investar Mobile?

  • Does it require Internet connectivity?
  • Yes.
  • I have deleted the application after purchasing. Do I have to purchase it again?
  • No. But if your subscription expires then you will need to purchase.
  • Why am I required to register?
  • Registration is required to ensure that only those people who are members of InvestarIndia.com and/or who use our software can get this mobile application.With Registration, you get Watchlist synchronization with Investar desktop software absolutely free. For iOS app, registration is not mandatory for paid users. But, it is recommended to register for save your subscription status at our end.
  • In case if I see any issue with the chart display, what should I do ?
  • Open the application in portrait mode. Goto Menu->Clear Chart Cache and restart the application.
  • Is there any video available about how to use Investar Mobile for Android/Iphone?

  • Do I get all the features of Investar Standard on Mobile?
  • No. Mobile application provides a stripped down version of Investar Standard.
  • I have updated the application, but when I try to open it, it does not open. What should I do?
  • Firstly, this happens very rarely. But if this problem occurs, kindly delete the older application and get the newer one from the Android Store. You would not lose any data. Iphone users, please contact the support team mentioned below.
  • I have registered at the website, but not able to login in the mobile application?

  • Are Auto-SR lines, Auto-SR Zones, Auto-SR Trend-lines available for free?
  • Auto-SRT feature is available free on trial activation. Monthly and annual subscription is available in the pricing page.
  • Do we have Risk/Reward ratio?
  • Yes, it is available with Auto-SRT addon.
  • Can we see Scan alerts in background?
  • Please note that in the older Android version, we had the support for showing Scan Alerts in background. But, as of now, we do not provide the same for Android and iOS latest versions. It will be available soon with upcoming updates.
  • How to access scan alerts of Investar Standard Desktop version through Mobile app?
  • You can set scan alerts with our desktop version and update an option to notify it at our app. If the application is installed, it will be notified.
