Investar gives 2 types of alerts, Price Alerts and Scan Alerts.

Price Alerts can be defined based on price meeting certain criteria

Scan Alerts

Scan Alerts can be set on a scrip or a Favorite Group. Whenever the scrip or any scrip in the Favorite Group appears in the scan, a pop-up and sound alert is displayed. Scan Alerts are supported for Pre-defined and Custom Scans.
